 Pinewood Estates are attached ranch style and 2 story townhouse designs with either 1 or 2 bedrooms and an attached garage.  This Suffolk County pet friendly community of Pinewood Estates At Commack has a tennis court, and each unit has central air conditioning and gas heat.  You can reach Pinewood Estates by taking Jericho Turnpike to Kings Park Road and take a right onto Sandy Hill.  This community was built in 1990 and consists of approximately 42 units that surrounds Sandy Hill Road on 2 Cul-De-Sacs. 

The Hamlet Golf and Country Club was built in the 1990′s.
